Welcome to The Next Chapter ("TNC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, watching our free or pay-per-view content, or purchasing merchandise or event access, you ("User" or "Viewer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Content & Pay-Per-View Access
TNC makes the majority of its content available free of charge across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Select flagship events ("Summit" and similar showcases) are offered on a pay-per-view basis. Access purchased for a specific event is for personal, non-commercial viewing only and may not be rebroadcast, redistributed, or resold without written permission.
3. User Conduct
Users interacting with TNC's website, social channels, or events are expected to uphold basic standards of respect toward the organization, its athletes, and other viewers. Harassment, impersonation, or attempts to circumvent paywall access are prohibited and may result in restricted access.
4. Talent, Guests & Third-Party Athletes
TNC features independent athletes and guest talent who compete or appear under their own arrangements with TNC. TNC does not guarantee the continued participation of any specific athlete in future seasons or events.
5. Intellectual Property
All footage, branding, and materials produced by The Next Chapter are the property of TNC and its founders. Reuse of TNC video or brand assets without permission is prohibited.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
